RVS-24L

The RVS-24L is an extended version of the RVS-12L. This doubles the storage volume to 24 litres. The RVS-24L is made from stainless steel and other solid materials and has a sturdy structure. This helps make it an extremely reliable, accurate and user-friendly powder dosator. All sorts of powders and granules, including medication, de-wormer products, feed supplements, minerals, essential acids, probiotics, etc, can be dosed directly into most types of feeding systems with the RVS-24L. Bridging is avoided in the storage container thanks to the continuously rotating impeller.

The RVS-24L can be employed in all of the feed systems used in pig farming, calf farming and poultry farming:
In a dry feed tube or screw conveyor;
– Dosing is continuously variable via the controlpanel so that it can be set to match the passing dry feed.
In a feed tank, dry or wet feed;
– Dosing is done on the basis of time or pulses and is controlled via the feed computer. The powderdosator can work as a component.
In a feed weigher;
– Dosing is done on the basis of time and is controlled via the feed computer.
– Dosing based on runtime of a screw conveyor. The dosator swithces on/ off via the screw conveyor. Dosing is continuously variable via the controlpanel so that it can be set to match the runtime of the screw conveyor.
